- Seats: 16 workstations (including instructor)
- Cost: $800.00 + GST / day - (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Custom Software Setup: $95.00 /per hour with a minimum 2 hour fee to install any program that is not currently loaded on our machines.
- Custom Software Support: $95.00/per additional day if you wish us to provide technical support for custom installation after the setup day.
- Lock/Key: $150.00 /day to lock and secure the classroom in the evenings and make sure that no one else uses it.
Our computers are the new 20" Apple iMacs with dual operating systems. Users will have the choice of either macOSX or Windows XP.
Each classroom rental includes the very latest technology, including high speed internet, video projection systems, flip charts and a wide range of operating systems to choose from. Additional software requirements can be arranged and installed by our on-site technical services staff or we can integrate your software requirements with our technology and full-time, on-site technical staff to ensure flawless delivery of your training.
All room rentals are to be pre-paid and are non-refundable. If a cancellation is requested, Q College will charge a 15% administration fee for all cancellations.
