24 hours clear notice is required for all requests to reschedule custom courses. Notices given on Friday after 3pm, or on Saturday or Sunday, will not be effective until the following Tuesday. In the event of a lack of or insufficient notice, the student will forfeit the affected class or classes. We ask that all courses are paid for in advance with a check or credit card.
Training hours must be completed with 12 months of their purchase.
