Q College is located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. We offer both online and in-class education. There are four semesters a year and we also do custom computer training so you can start at any time you desire, depending on instructor availability. Q College (formerly VSBT) is registered with the PCTIA and meets or exceeds the PCTIA's high standards. You should read our mission statement and policies.
